The Bank is always open if you’re registered for our touchtone service. You can call
from a touchtone phone from anywhere in New Zealand or overseas to:

You can call from your home or office, or even a phone box or mobile phone while you're

You need your customer number which is printed on your Cashpoint card, and a 5-digit personal identification
number (PIN). You select this PIN when you first call to register for touchtone phone banking.
