Completing the form
Before you complete the application form, it would be useful to have the following information on hand:

Your bank account details (if you're not already a National Bank customer).

Details of your current financial position (existing mortgage/loan details, hire purchase
commitments and valuations of major assets for example).
What to do with the form?
Once you have filled in the application form you can:

Drop it into any National Bank branch

Talk to a Mobile Mortgage Manager.
Provide us with evidence of your income and we may be able to approve your loan right there
and then. Any of the following items are acceptable: a recent payslip, a letter from your employer
(on letterhead), IRD return, rental appraisal, copy of tenancy agreements, or if self-employed,
your annual accounts for the last three years.
When you receive your conditional approval, we'll also advise of any additional items that may be required
before we can complete your application.
