Thoroughbred Unit Trusts
The potential for higher returns than regular savings accounts or Term Deposits.
OverviewDetailsRates & FeesApply
Thoroughbred Unit Trusts are a medium to long-term investment designed
to offer potentially higher returns than savings accounts or Term Deposits.
Your money is pooled with that of other investors and spread over a wide
range of investments, which may include cash, fixed interest, property
and shares. Professional fund managers look after your investments on
your behalf.
There are three convenient multi sector Trusts that offer ready made
diversified investments.

circumstances. Before making investment decisions, you should consider your
individual circumstances and seek assistance from other resources, for example
financial planning services.
There are three types of Thoroughbred Unit Trusts. Each Trust invests in different assets, and exposes you to a different
level of risk, as seen in the table below. Click on any of the Trusts
for further details on its investment strategy, performance, where it
invests and fees.
Note: the level of risk is rated 1-4, where 4 is the highest level of
risk. This assessment is a guide only. It is important to note that
events affecting investments cannot always be foreseen. Therefore, it
is not always possible to protect your investments against all risks.
Over shorter periods the risk ranking may be influenced by the timing of
your investment and the length of time you hold your investment. In
summary, the underlying assets of the Trusts will rise and fall in
value.
